Returns / Warranty
7 days warranty. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping fee is shoulder by buyer.
To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unused. It must also be in the original packaging and waybill / receipt must be present otherwise warranty is void. We will not process an exchanged on damaged packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and Valid I.D. Show us the proof that item has been damaged or has been shipped the wrong item by taking a video, photo proof and a tracking number of the order.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Cancellation of order
Can we cancel our order? YES, but the valid reason to refused is Wrong or Damaged item. Simple change of mind will not be honored otherwise you will shoulder the Shipping Back and Port and Processing Fee of your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Simple change of mind will and not satisfied with the product will not be honored otherwise you will be shoulder the Shipping Fee and Processing Fee of your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damage or deliver the wrong item.
